HMO Provider Search
When you enroll in an HMO plan, you will be asked to select a Primary Care Physician (PCP). Your PCP will be your personal health care advocate—providing or coordinating your care.
PPO Provider Search
With our PPO plans, as well as our Short-Term plans and Qualified High-Deductible Health Plans, you have the freedom to see any provider. Remember, you will pay less when you see participating providers.
